Where do you ship your whiskey and gin?

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How should I store my Hinch Distillery spirits?

To maintain the highest quality, store your bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the cap is tightly sealed to prevent oxidation.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Yes, once your order leaves our distillery, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you offer distillery tours or gift vouchers?

Absolutely. We offer various tour experiences at our County Down location. Gift vouchers are available for purchase online and can be redeemed for both products and distillery tours.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Most of our whiskies and gins are vegan-friendly as we do not use animal-derived fining agents. However, we recommend checking the specific product description for any limited edition releases that may contain honey or cream.
