At Hinch Distillery, we take pride in the quality of our spirits and food products; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for damaged or incorrect items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items once they have been opened.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Email our distillery team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

    Provide Proof of Condition

    For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product to your initial email for verification.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Once your return is authorized, ensure the items are securely packed in their original outer packaging to prevent further damage during the return journey.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your returned goods at the distillery, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
